Open Spotify for Podcasters in a private or incognito window.Make sure you're on the latest version of your browser by checking your browser settings.Go to Google Play and install the Spotify for Podcasters app.Return to the previous screen and tap Uninstall.Find and tap Clear storage and Clear cache.Select Spotify for Podcasters from the list of apps.Switch your device back on and install Spotify for Podcasters from the App Store.Press and hold the lock button again until the display turns on.Drag the slider to completely turn off your device, then wait a few minutes.Once the app is deleted, press and hold your device’s lock button and either volume button at the same time until the power off slider appears.
